We offer a full spectrum painting services ranging from Victorian restoration to high quality house painting. Generally a standard preparation involves the following:

INTERIOR PAINTING - Surfaces sanded and washed with TSP to remove loose paint. Cracks repaired with fiberglass tape and spackled. Joints caulked, holes puttied. Stain-lock sealer applied as needed. Furniture, floors, and household items protected with masking tape, paper or plastic covers and drop cloths as needed.

EXTERIOR PAINTING - Surfaces scraped and sanded to remove loose paint, mildew removed with Bio-Cleanse™ solution. Joints caulked, holes puttied, loose boards nailed, larger surface irregularities smoothed out. Cracks in stucco patched with Stucco Patch or Elastomeric Patch. Surfaces sealed for waterproofing. Loose or cracked window glazing replaced. Rusted spots sanded and treated with anti-rust solution and primer. All windows cleaned and washed after final coat of paint. All adjacent areas covered with drop cloths. Preparation areas protected with mesh netting, windows covered with plastic sheets as needed.

DECKS & WOOD REFINISHING - We offer full-service wood restoration including stripping, staining, varnishing and clear wood finishing.

WATERPROOFING - We seal all exterior surfaces with proper sealants to provide waterproofing protection. As a separate service you can also choose Elastomeric Paint or other professional waterproofing coatings, or order installation of metal flashing where needed.

POWER WASHING - BioCleanse™ solution low pressure house washing as a preparation before exterior painting or as a separate service when painting is unnecessary. This process successfully removes mildew and dirt, so your house looks newly painted.
